since the SC team made a new cart , could acekard possibly make a new cart too , Acekard3 perhaps?

Maybe but I don't think they will anytime soon. They are getting lots of money right now from the Acekard 2i. The SupercardDSone didn't sell good so thats why Supercard decided to make a new cart.

Or when your player dies, you can say in code, if enemy exists, do nothing, but if enemy does not exist, then create enemy at certain spot. (This would be a pain tho for lots of emeies)+1 -

Easiest, simple way would be just restart scene, but player would restart from beginning.
