i try this game myself and all is okay for wario...

most people haven't re-formatted their SD yet so they keep encountering the problem.

i dont understand why...

You start the game without any "SAV" and the good size save will be created, that's all

Explain to me, why it is necessary to format the SD???

stupid, thats cuz they have old sav, reformatting means better performace, less fragments

That's because no one has fix the offset's and data for this game + Game code + encrypted Game-ID also needs to be used with fixes
