Nintendo also filed a trademark application for “Friends Collection” which lets you interact with Mii's from Nintendo heads like Shigeru Miyamoto, Satoru Iwata, and Reggie Fils-Aime represented by Miis.

DSphone and DSmobile=Never coming to the US

A lot of these apps are either going to end up having a homebrew variant, never leave the drawing board or prototype stage, and/or be Japan only. I want DSfamily though because I would like communicate with my cousins which all have a DS. I wonder what the DSfriend would be like maybe we can create a friend to talk to via DS.

Most are just to make sure that no one calls their own devices those names.

Like DSeye, I reckon that's just to prevent a copycat games machine. If its related to the camera, it'll just sound like a Eyetoy rip.

I hope DSPhone is real but I doubt it. If it is, I wonder how it's going to work though, considering how Nintendo hates collecting monthly fees, which would mean no SSvIP (Unless they either make a free service for it or they get some company to do it).
