Hi!

I have my Vita on 3.65.
I modded it following "that hacking site" tutorial. Installing hencore and enso.

Recently, "that hacking site" changed their way to hack the Vita..
Now for people on 3.65 they say to downgrade to 3.60 after installing hencore!

What's the purpose of this? Any beneffits?? Is the 3.60 the new golden firmware?

In my opinion, we would like to go forward! not to go back... in case that in the future will be possible to install enso on >3.65... (probably not!)

3.60 has the most compatibility with old plugins and apps although there isn't much difference between 3.60 and 3.65

I understand that, but it does not have the most compatibility with newer games!
I can find no reason to mention this downgrade step on the Guide...

I have also my PS Vita on 3.65 (official firmware) and now don't know if should follow the tutorial and do the downgrade to 3.60 with Moduro or forget that and simply do H-encore + Enso.

I don't understand the point of downgrade from 3.65 to 3.60 and then Henkaku + Enso.

I am with the same doubt... Is the tutorial out of date?

Most likely not, and with moduru around i bet theflow will not make any enso on higher fw than 3.65 bcoz u are already given an option to install enso by using moduru to downgrade to those fw that has enso compatible.

stay on 3.65 to enjoy the latest updates on homebrew/plugins, bcoz not all the latest plugins work on 3.60

It will never be possible. 3.67 (there was no 3.66) patched the exploit Enso used.

They all do, aside from one: vitacheat. The older versions work just fine, and the newer ones only don't work on 3.60 because the dev said they were lazy. All someone would have to do to backport it to 3.60 is replace some memory values with ones designed for 3.60 rather than 3.65.

And that is the reason i choose 3.65 to downgrade with..:D
