Hacking New Batch Or Fake?!

My acekard died last week so i ordered a new one from RHS i got it today and well im wondering if its new or fake:
The box is 25% smaller than my last one
I got a black card reader with it labelled acekard on it
My acekard didnt have a sping loaded slot this time
Ive played my DS for about 3hours nonstop and sofar akaio is working fine even my 16gb card that wasnt working on my old acekard is working good on this one

it doesnt show up on the dsi menu anymore

edit:i mailed the acekard team about this and rhs i hope i get a reply because now my dsi freezes at startup only whenever i put the ak inside

At the bottom it says which firmware is running, and next to it is the hardware number. Mine's 81 (spring loaded), so his must be a newer batch.

Yeah i figured that out already by looking around on the AKAIO menu. Mine is 81 as well and spring loaded. 81 is the best.

I've been wondering though, what do they do in these hardware revisions? They should keep spring

it might be an old batch i thought it was new because i e-mailed team acekard but i didnt know about the HW id

ehh i think HW 81 might be a new one as well. I have a 81 and so does shattered screens.I bought this one recently. Could HW "81" be acekards new revision? Or is it a cheap clone that works on 1.5?

Anyways i don't really care about the AK's hardware, but anyways HW 81 users ftw!
