    The new console code named OUYA is a $99 Android-Based console.
    Each console comes with a devkit and anyone can publish games.
    The games will be Free To Play but there is no word on whether or not there will be payed versions or ads.
    The console is "Fully Hackable" meaning you can completely change the firmware or GUI.


    I think this would be a great console if it gets popular as there will be a huge community creating and sharing games.
    There is no doubt that someone would come along and create a program such as Game Maker on it that allows for students and such to create great games.
