Hardware New 3DS XL Top / Upper LCD Display

Hello i got a broken N3DS XL with a cracked Top Screen. And i want to repair it by myself.
I was looking on aliexpress for a new Display but could mainly find Screens for the 3DS XL are they the same?
Or do i need a specific N3DS XL Screen??

Layout and cabling should be different, so you would need N3DS XL screen
