Hardware New 3DS XL Dual IPS possible on european consoles?

So I'm asking myself if someone got a new 3DS XL with dual IPS Screens in Europe.
So far I went trough 4 Hyrule Editions and got 1 with IPS topscreen, 3 dual TN.
5 more will arrive tomorrow. All posts I've seen ,with dual IPS, are US 3DS Version.

Did anyone get dual IPS in europe?

i Have Ips Top and Tn Bottom, that's on a new XL, my girlfriend has dual TN screen's and it's a huge difference especially in color richness and side angle. she doesn't care i'm glad that i have ipv for top. :D (Eu Device's, both.)
