I got message from the e-shop informing to update and I'm on the latest one up until now. I wonder what it does..Should i update?

Updated and this is what iv noticed so far (I DONT USE A FLASHCART SO I CANT CONFIRM IF IT BLOCKS ANYTHING)

- The music player said it was updating for 3d sound on streetpass (i have no idea what that means)
- No changes on the main menu
- No change to the friend menu
- No youtube still
- No changes made to the camara
- No changes to the mii-maker (that i noticed)
