New 3DS flashcart I made

Hey guis i maed a flashcart for 3DS its called R4-3DSiiXL Gold platinum clone and it can do many things.
First of all it can run all 3DS games in the future that are made and even some that are yet to be made such as smash bros 3DS and Pokémon fire ruby and water sapphire version. It can also emulate NES, SNES, Atari (all), Game gear, pokemon mini, tamagotchi, GB, GBC, GBA, GBA SP, GBA micro, DS phat, DS lite, DSi, DSi XL, Wii, GCube, Ps2, PS3, PS4, Xbox 9001, Windows 8, your favourite TV show, virtual console, wii ware, iphone and toastie maker. It will cost only $600 because of the low parts cost but I might release a demo version for like just 1,000,000 Yen. It also comes with 3DS screen enhancing features which allow your 3DS screens to go nearly triple the resolution and makes both of them touch screen and the bottom screen even 3D. It has a built in battery that extends the 3DS battery life by 13 hours. It adds a second circle pad to your 3DS too.

Oh and i forgot to mention that Nintendo can't block this because it has norton internet security built in.

My biggest question:
Will it be able to play all of the PSP games? I know that in reality Nintendo made the PSP, not Sony, so it seems like the 3DS could easily play PSP games.
