Hey there. I've been searching for a while, but no one seems to have reported this: what's the firmware version the American N3DS comes with? Has someone who has purchased it cared to check it?

I belive it has 9.8. I am 100% sure it was above 9.2

It's above 9.2 for sure. Simple logic: It's manufactured when latest firmware is above 9.2 = it's above 9.2
