New 32-bit and 64-bit USB Multiboot Linux and Utility Collections

Two USB multiboot collections, one 64-bit, one 32-bit, were released.
Torrent download sizes are 10.5GB and 6.5GB.

Minimum USB size: 8GB for LS32 and 16GB for E64. Most distros include full USB "file-based" persistence.
