Hardware New 2ds questions

I have been out ot 3ds scene for quite some time. I have 2DS with 11.8.0-41E. I was thinking of buying New 2ds and getting all my stuff from old to new 2ds.
Now i have a question bout what i cant send over?
And are my CFW will be send over? If not how can i send it or how CFWing work in New 2ds?
Also whats with the freeshop showing me statue with goat?
When im gonna buy New 2ds should i be looking for one with old soft so i can CFW it or can i buy with the newest soft and CFW it then?

Official System Transfer will only transfer games you bought (and the Nintendo ID if you have one). Games you installed without buying a license will not transfer. You'll have to do this on your own like described here:

You'll have to install CFW on the N2DSXL; it will not transfer. The firmware version does not matter, because all N2DSXL come with at least 11.4. Your options are

1. Either Frogminer (free)
   
2. or the ntrboot method from https://3ds.hacks.guide/ if you own or want to buy a compatible flashcard.

Freeshop is dead and will stay dead.
