Hacking New 1.4 skin

Hey, I downloaded the new 1.4 final (like everyone else) from gbatemp since cyclopsds is down. But anyway, the new skin that I heard was supposed to be in there didn't come up for me. I dunno if I did something wrong or not, but is there a link to the new skin somewhere?

They decided to go with the default skin with the 1.4 stable release, because crowd didn't react well on the new one..
I don't know where could you find it, probably someone here will know..
