I realize there are ways to load your games via an external hard drive. What I'm wondering is: is there a way to load games from a network share? I have a large file server and would love it if I could load games from that, instead of having another hard drive specifically for the Wii.

If this isn't possible, does anyone know if anyone's working on implementing this?

Thanks in advance!

...around the fifth-Topic which is asking this...and the answer is always the same: With Homebrew probably never. The W-Lan Card is too crappy, to slow Speed. This will never happen.

If you really want it, have a Look at the WODE-ModChip. It should recieve an Update which allows to play ISO from W-Lan/Network. Though, it still seemed laggy. This is maybe simply not possible (at least not in Full/USB-Speed), and only a nice Gadget, not more.
