Hardware Network Issues?

I am having trouble connecting to the internet and also the eshop. Both my laptop and Switch are on a 5G wireless network. Right now, I can connect to the internet with my laptop, but the Switch cant. Is the Switch networks doing maintenance or something? Anyone else having issues connecting also? Thoughts and help greatly appreciated

I was getting a bunch of different error codes, both when trying to connect to eShop, and also when testing internet connections. I called Nintendo and the rep said that system needs to be completely shut off once in a while, and not to always have it in sleep mode when not in use. Hopefully this info will help you guys too if you have network issues, yet computer or another system on same network can successfully connect, and Switch cant.
