Do you guys think Netflix will be on Switch...?
And if so, will it work on banned Switches, like the Youtube App, like a patched version?
Wanna hear your OP

I've seen a video of it working on android, but, since the switch is not certified device, it will have a pretty low resulution cap...like 480p... don't think its possible to spoof a certified device's to the switch... so thats that.... it think it will eventually get to the switch, since it was on the wii, 3ds, wiiu and all.... but god knows when. Maybe there will be more pressure from nintendo to make it more patch proof...

I think in Android you can spoof that stuff for Netflix by using Magisk and/or Xposed. We'll see if they work on Switch, but no obvious reason they shouldn't.

Yep, Magisk can do the trick, and it's being worked for the switch, so expect a release of the image with that bundled.

IMO I would prefer a proper Switch Netflix app instead of Android... if possible :yayswitch:

Yes, the Widevine DRM binary that Netflix uses is only available as 32 bit for linux, doesn't work on 64 bit L4T. Someone made a 32 bit linux image that has netflix, but apparently playback freezes sometimes.
Wow that's a downer and I guess some kind of KODI plugin doesn't do the job as well, huh?
