Nes on lcd samsung

Hello everyone here is my problem:

I have a Nes pal 50 hz and a lcd tv samsung 60 hz.
When I try to play Mario for example, the screen is vibrating. The nes is connecting to the lcd with a rgb cable.

I don't know how to fix it. I also have the problem with the snes.

If you have any ideas...

I fixed my problem. When I want to play my nes on lcd tv, I have to move the rgb cable until I get a screen which is not vibrating.
Thanks anyway
