Hello. So i bought a modded pal wii and I am playing on a crt TV. Whenever I play nes roms with fce ultra gx , my nes rom is running at 30 fps when game timing is set to ntsc but when I set it to pal it runs at full fps but is PAL slow..... I want to play nes roms at NTSC speeds on this emulator. Am I doomed???

I am not an expert at PAL VS NTSC timings and NES emulation on the Wii... I would see if RetroArch could get you what your looking for?

Also I would think it super hard to go from 60 FPS to 50 FPS with out some sort of frame interpolation and I don't think the Wii has enough oomph to pull that off?

Again not an expert, so take everything I say with a huge grain of salt. But do give RetroArch on the Wii a try it might do what you want?

Edit:

Scroll down to the Wii and hit download, after that I hope it's easy to use? I only have tried it on PC and Android so far... lol Oh and on my 3DS

retroarch has lag input and I bought the wii solely for lack of lag input...am I stuck in europe with shitty lag input or slow speeds? Snes runs just fine though. Ain't making sense...

Also running snes on snes 9x gx

There are different NES emulators on the Wii, try to find other ones to try.

Maybe read over this page too, maybe something you can edit in the config files?

Set the Wii to PAL60 mode, if your TV supports it.

Most of them will load installed VC stuff I know Wii games you can switch regions I assume you can with VC stuff too? Maybe not but it's worth looking into.
