Homebrew Nes emulator and Snes emulator

Can you use save states...i cant find out how to use save states if they can be used on wii..im using fcegux and snes9x

It's the same for both emulators: while in game, go to the emulator's menu, select save and then new snapshot. You can keep saving different states or overwritting the ones you create.

Yeah, they switched out the term "save state" with "snapshot". I was confused by this as well, going weeks believing it was for taking in-game pictures.
