Hacking neogamma

i tried to play backup on neogamma R4 but it gave me a dvd read error 847 but this played my real games

so i switched to R6 to because its newer. when i start it up it says "timeout". this also happens when i run real games

what does the timeout error mean

I got same issue when I ran game from USB drive. Winpower should know what that means.
