Hacking NeoGamma R8 Beta 15 Issue

I'm trying to get Tatsunoko vs. Capcom to play (via DVD), and I continue to get that error. I have also tried R7, and got read error 1101. My Wii is an old 2006 model (LU3166*****), so I believe it can play backups via DVD. My specs are:

4.2U
cIOS36 w/ trucha bug restored.
Hermes' cIOS 222/223 (but I don't have a large enough flash drive to use a USB method)
cIOS 249 rev 14

I'm probably missing something crucial to the above, but I believe that is all I need. Solutions anybody?

tried running neogamma r8rc1? maybe ur missing some ios files to play the game? or the burn is bad
