Neo ds audio and visual glitches

The title explains it by itself, I have tried with the specific branch of TW++ and with the most recent version, but neither of them work
I don't even know how I should configure it (I'm talking about the menu that appears in TW++ when you press the Y button)

Can't you get a flashcart? It would definitely work there. If you play from an SD card of a DSi, try setting (by pressing Y) DS mode (slower processor and less RAM available). This way it should work, at least theoretically.
