so i got a modded 3ds but when i havent played with my 3ds for a bit, the sd card became corrupt, is there a solution to this?

Copy your data with Roadkil's Unstoppable Copier on pc if it allows you to do that. If not, then you're out of luck.
You might need to get a new sd card, and check it with h2testw for errors to make sure it's not faulty or fake.
