In a few hours i will be leaving for Chicago. 12 hour bus ride there. I need an SNES classic to play on the way down, does anyone have a suggestion on what i should play? I was thinking Secret of Evermore but last time i tried that game didn't work. Much appreciated guys, and I'm glad to be back!(been busy with school if you care)

yes I've been considering that, but I'm also looking for a lesser known game. I mean I've beaten Chrono Trigger, but my save data got corrupted so i couldn't finish it. Got anything in the lesser known category for me? I have earthbound, and I'm leaning on that quite a bit as well.

Does Secret of Evermore work now? I will be playing on the DS so obviously I will be restricted to that compatibility. Ive beaten Secret of Mana on the DS already =D I just wish the second worked X_X. Also, on a side note, 50th post! I know, big deal, but I rarely have time for message boards.

UN Squadron / Area 88
Soul Blazer / Legend of Gaia / Terra whatever its called

For one a little less well known, try Terranigma. Never released in NA (JP & EU only if I remember correctly).
I believe it was released in the US for the Gameboy Advance, not 100% sure but I know theres an english translation for it.

Everyone mentions Final Fantasy 3... but where's the love for 2? I *LOVE* ff2. Still have it with my Snes somewhere in my apartment. Its a stunning game with a great story.

I'm putting my vote in for FF2 as being a great underplayed game

Final Fantasy V is a sure shot if your in to FF. It's a Japanese release, but the RPGe fan translation has been tried, tested and true for over 10... Truly a classic.

Is it piracy if it was released for free? Not in my opinion, but I also think it's not piracy if buying it isn't owning it, and it's not piracy if you can't buy it from the original creators anymore.
