Hello there,

Today I bought a NS unpatched on v4.1

First thinh I did is to boot it, put time - date etc and the I test if it is patched or not. Next I made a NAND backup of v4.1 with hekate.

After that I boot payload Hekate to lunch CFW (atmosphere). Accidentaly my card was exFAT. Nintendo tried to lunch CFW but it lunch OFW.... That happened twice.

Then I realised my mistake and I format the card on FAT32 and everything now is OK. I also update offline on 6.2.

I would like to ask if during this mistake, I leave trace for Nintendo to ban me later. If YES how can I fix it?

Since the system didn't boot you're good to go.
Besides you do not intend to use your CFW online right? So you're totally safe for now.

The CFW system didn't boot before the OFW (after nintendo logo, it went to black screeen). Also I have a problem with AutoRCM. I power the switch last night and press the power button for 7 seconds as said on tutorial. Battery was on 50% and today is on 10%. So it stays on RCM all night. How can I power it off and how can I check if RCM is off for sure?

You're welcome.
Indeed powering off the console while AutoRCM is active won't switch it off completely as it will boot back.
What you need to do is restart (power off isn't effective) it from Horizon and switch it off with hekate payload (it's in the menu once you inject it). That way you are sure it's fully powered down.
