Hacking Need to keep formatting my SD :S

Bought a wii u to hack.

When i put in a sd card, the wii u tells me to format it. So i select Format. After that i put the sd card in my laptop and it cant read it! It tells me to format it. So I format it on my laptop and put it in my wii u, it tells me to format it again!

I tried using a formatting software on my laptop but it doesnt work on my wii u.

Help please! Thanks in advance people

The wii u needs to format the sd card, but doin so my laptop cant read the sd card and i cant put games on it.
