Android Need Some Help

There's a bug on my phone and I've disabled it but can't delete it at all! It's just a blank system application. What can I do? Thanks Tempers! ~

if you haven't found a malfunction untill now since you've disabled it and you have root permissions then you can uninstall the application. But if it does nothing and doesn't create inconvenience to you I recommend you to leave it alone.
