im playing pokemon soul silver and ive gotten the national dex and i got a squirtle from oak but when i go to mr. pokemon he doesnt give me any orb...this is been bothering me for a couple days and i cant figure it out

Aah, the same problem as I had!

You just need to buy a Blupruphipblob from the guy with the hat and punch him in the face, then he will give you a ticket to hell and you need to find the extremely rare Fjfhfru65 there. Once you've got it, go to mr. Pokémon and your done
