Homebrew Need some help with oot3dhax

I use Ninjhax to run the Homebrew launcher on my 3DS (11.0.0-33U), and I'm trying to install oot3dhax through the included installer, The thing is, whenever I run it, it just freezes at a yellow screen. I'm sure everything is up to date (other than my console, of course). Is my game broken or something?

The installer does not work on 11.0+. You'll need a Powersaves device, a system with 10.7 or lower, or a system with CFW to bypass the PASLR that Nintendo added in the 11.0 update for oot3d. Sorry.

I said you could use a Powersaves device to install the save. Find tutorials on how to do that.
