Need new speakers

I need new computer speakers because the one I have now is starting to break.
The sound goes up and down without me to turn the volume.
I'm not sure what brand I should get.
Recommend me some speakers that is less than 150$.

I'm going to plus 1 with the Logitech Z623. I have had mine for a while now and they were decently better then the other 2 computer speakers I have had over the years.
