Hi, here's the question, i have a smart card but cant write any game on it because i dont have the linker, can i use the aplications for the ds intended to be used on the 3in1 to write games to the smart card??

No, GBA ExpLoader and other programs like it are only for the 3in1, not for any other NOR-based cart. You can try the "FAS1" program but I don't think it will work, unless the Smart Card is actually a Flash Advance in disguise.
