Hacking Need Help

Hello everyone i need some help, i am try to play some new games on my M3 DS Simple like "megaman Starforce 2 zerker x saurian" and "megaman starforce 2 zerker x ninja" when i try to play them all i get is this message: "Could not access the data. Turn of the power off and reinsert the game card."

How can i make them work please someone help me.
