can any one please tell me how they did the paper trick and did it help you with the auto eject thing the ak2i does sometimes

because the one in the guide is kinda not understandable for me

Don't you just get a tiny slip of paper and slide it between the casing of your flash cart and the motherboard? That's what I did.

all i do is use a square, cut a bit longer than my card and pop it into the slot before i put my card in then as i push the cart into the slot it takes the paper down with it, leaving the tab at the top hanging out, just like in tk_saturns faq.
