Hacking Need help with NTR! :(

I'm using NTR 3.3 by Shadowtrance and I'm trying to use a cheat plugin for Fire Emblem: Fates - Special Edition (US).. However, I'm not sure where to even begin with using plugins. Could someone please tell me what to do or how to get this to work?

Make a plugin folder in the root of your sd card, create the game specific folder, it's the full number id of the game in the plugin folder (you can find it on 3dsdb), and place the plugin in that folder.
