ROM Hack Need help with NTR Cfw glitch

Hello. I am having this annoying glitch on ntr Cfw when I open the menu when playing acnl.
The top screen gets displayed on the bottom, and display stuff like the clock, text bubble, and pockets are not visible.
I am on o3ds v9.2 with 11.0 rx emunand.
