Hacking Need help with NeoGeo Emulation

I've got a PSP 2001 that's already been softmodded to be able to run emulators. However, setting up an emulator for NeoGeo is harder than I thought...and I don't know of many NeoGeo games that are good aside from the fighters and Metal Slug.

Can someone walk me through how I set up NeoGeo emulation on my PSP? And recommend me some good games?

That helps with the setup, but I'm still not very familiar with NeoGeo games and so don't know many good ones...
