Gaming Need Help With my Games

Guys i just sold my New Nintendo 3DS it was the old black version.

but i want to Know if there is a way to get my games back i purchased some games on eshop just like:

Resident evil
Attack on titan

I wsnt to Know if there is a way to get my ganes back.

Maybe i need to contact nintendo and say i lost my console?

Im waiting for my new model.
So do you think is possible?

If you bought those games on your NNID, then moving your NNID to your new 3DS should allow you to redownload those titles. If you bought those games without using an NNID, then the only way to get those games back would be through a system transfer, which you need the old 3DS for.

Alternatively, you could install CFW and install those games using something like freeShop.

Yes what I did is just to reset the console and that logged out my NNID.

If you call Nintendo, you can explain the situation, and they will move your NNID to your new 3DS.

When you buyed the games on your account its safed
Even when you reset and link it back it should let you download it

So the old 3ds does not have my NNID and I want to link it to my new console incoming.

If you did not perform a system format on your old 3DS, then you just need to call Nintendo. Give them your NNID and new serial number, and they'll transfer it over.

The catch is this, when I was erasing my old 3ds it said: Your NNID will not be able to be used on another console.

So that's what I'm worried about.

I'm living in Japan, I'm not Japanese so that's why I'm buying an American 3Ds lol. Really need to call?
