Homebrew Need help with Luma3DS: switch from CTR NAND to SD Card

Hi, I have a problem with Luma3DS. I installed the Luma 9.1 Update in the CTR NAND (I have it in the SD too), to boot my 3DS without an SD Card, but there's a little problem: it can't find patches because it searches in the CTR. For this reason I want to know if there's a way to select the device that boot Luma. Thanks in advance!

1. Update GodMode9. (Has nothing to do with your problem, but 1.5.1 is oudated)
2. Why did you turn off the ARM11 exception handlers? (Has also nothing to do with your problem, but it is highly recommended not to use this option)
   
3. B9S tries to find boot.firm on the SD-card first and falls back to CTRNAND in case this fails. The boot.firm file on the SD is either
   • missing
   • corrupted
   • or not found by B9S (for whatever reason)

Try a different SD with only boot.firm on it and nothing else. This should boot Luma from SD.

To check your main SD:

• Copy all data from the SD to your computer.
• Format the card with guiformat to FAT32, 32kb cluster size.
• Check the SD with h2testw. (Yes, this takes time, but it is a very good idea to do this.)
  
  • If you get any errors, replace the SD
    
  • If you get no errors, delete the test files and copy your data back on.

Problem solved, the problem was the cluster size. I formatted the new SD with 32KB cluster size and now it works. Now I'm going to update GodMode9. Thank you
