Hardware Need help with finding the broken Chip

Hello,
the switch of one of my friends is broken, some capacitors are shorted, Ithink that one of the Chips is faulty beacuse of the placement of the capacitors.

This is only 1 shorted capacitor near the power ic, all other around the power ic work fine.

This are most of the shorted capacitors on the other side of the board. Its not 100% of the shorted ones, but i hope enought to tell wich chip is broken.

Make sure you checking caps with battery unplugged!

Are they really shorted? check them in resistance mode and give us readings.
Read voltage on pin 5 and 6 of the M92T36 with connected charger they should have 3-6v both.
If no voltage presented and you have resources i would start with M92T36 replacement, at least you can remove it and check shorts, if they still there remove p13usb from another side of the board.
If they are disappeared you might be lucky and you CPU is still alive.
