Hi guys need help with my error this happens when I open the Nintendo eshop. Someone told me to change Region still not working. Sorry I.m noob at this. Thanks in advance for the assistance

I'm not sure what is causing the problem but all I did was add cfw. But is there any software or something that can resolve this issue?

That dont really mean much. What type of console do you have thats showing this? It looks like a wifi card issue.
 
I followed a sthetix video to install CFW
You should never follow videos when you hack your 3DS because a lot of videos are outdated and ignore important steps. Then people have to sit around and watch the same video and figure out what is wrong, which just wastes everyone's time.

Maybe you should start by linking to the specific video you followed.

This particular video was not outdated.
Plus there possibly could be homebrew software that could solve our problem. If not then I don't know what else to say.
 
I have the same exact error. It seems like it is a wifi card issue. When I opened my 2DS the motherboard looked different and the wifi card was soldered into the motherboard.
