Hi everyone,

I got my Switch on 4.1.0 (I think), and I've been using ChoiDujour to upgrade without burning fuses. Hekate says I've got 5 burned fuses.

I've tried 4.0.0 (from XBins) with ChoiDujour, which gave me an error on booting. I got the standard Switch logos etc, but booting into the Firmware gave me an error. I can't remember the number, but looking through my search history I found:

"Error Codes: 2002-4301 to 2002-4500", which is "An error code is received when powering up the Nintendo Switch console, or while performing a User and Save Data Transfer".

I have since re-loaded a NAND backup (a dirty 5.1.0 dump) and tried again with 4.1.0 from XBins.
I didn't realise my original clean 4.1.0 NAND dump didn't include a rawnand.bin - I've got all the other files it created though - not sure if they can be used somehow?!

Anyway, I still got the same error message after the downgrade - so re-loaded my NAND again....

Am I doing something wrong here with downgrading? I use SXOS, and have now set up EmuNAND on SD.
I'd like the SysNAND to be as low as possible (preferably somehow getting the clean 4.1.0 dump back on), with EmuNAND being on 6.2.0+

Any help is massively appreciated!

  1. 5 fuses = 4.0.0, if it was a fuse issue you wouldnt even have been able to boot without hekate, did you tell chor to erase the user area when you were downgrading? From the error sounds like something involving the switch thinking something is corrupt

Yeah, I thought 4.0.0 should be fine with 5 burned.

I didn't tell Choi to erase anything no. Should I? Would it basically be factory reset?
