Hacking Need Help With Desmume And DSTT

i wanna transfer my dsmume save to my dstt but idk how can anyone help me with that?
first i wanna no what file is my sav for desmume for example dsv,dct etc... and then tell me how can i turn that file in a sav file so that i can use it for my DSTT
