ROM Hack Need help with code9's menuCheat.

I am trying to make a Gateway game plugin with code9's dump, and I'm getting the same error over and over again when I load build.bat.

I have all of the main files set up and prepared.

My gameplg.c file code is located here:

If someone could compile the cheat.plg for me or give me a fix to this problem, I would be GREATLY appreciative, as I have been looking for a solution for this for a looong time.
