Hacking Need help with CFW

I'm on 4.82 on a Slim ps3 and verified that my system can be hacked. I'm following this (https://www.se7ensins.com/forums/threads/how-to-install-ps3xploit.1687612/#post-13356508) guide but I am stuck. When I go on redthetrainer/ps3/ I do everything the site says and then it says "triggering exploit failed". I have the right flsh.hex file and the usb is close to the BD Drive. What am I doing wrong?

I'm sure you've heard the answer already but its not a reliable all time success. I read some tried switching to a 2.0 from 3.0 usb if that helps. I followed a part that mentioned to bookmark the page that has the two blue selections for NOR or NAND and exit to clear the browser. I went along and deleted cache in browser but idk if that helped although after many forced shut downs I was watching a vid and noticed it shut off after a "Trigger exploit failed.. restarting.." then I tried the .PUP and got Ferrox. But thats where other issues occured. I have the slim as well. cech-2001a

I would recommend running a local host server. Theres a program that makes it very easy called miniweb, download it by googling it and then add the nand-482.html and nor-482.html along with another file that starts with xp in a folder. Then you enter the ip it gives plus /nor-482,html
