yeah,the official didnt release the updated patch , maybe it will later. You can contact your seller to exchange a new card that marked v1.45 from r4i-sdhc.com or buy a new card,now many cards can work perfectly on 3ds and dsi latest firmware perfectly,such as dstwo,r4i gold 3ds from r4ids.cn, and so on.
there is no update so far, wait or get another flashcard, like dstwo, R4i gold 3ds, or just a R4i-sdhc 3ds with "v4.5"
