ROM Hack Need help moving my encrypted Alpha Sapphire .sav to cartridge

The .sav is from a digital copy, from my main, unmodded 3DS.
Could I just plop the .sav to another consoles (with CFW) SD card and inject it using checkpoint? Or do I need to decrypt it first?

The save needs to be decrypted with JKSM or Checkpoint in order to be transferred between devices.

The source console isn't modded so I can't extract the save with JKSM or Checkpoint
