ROM Hack Need help mhgu modding.

I'm trying to learn how to mod MHGU. Specifically how to change weapon MV/Rebalance Hunter arts.. etc. Like Aradi's "MHGU Cope Mod". That rebalances Gunlance and a few other things. I realize i need to use a hex editor on the arc files in the weapons folder. But i need a little bit more to go off than that. I would really appreciate it if someone can help me identify which hex values correlate to which weapon. If you can provide a source or table of reference, that would be great too. I'm asking here as a last resort since aradi left the modding scene and no one else really seems to much about it either. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Why not use the save editor?

Save editor is not the same as modding. i.e. changing weapon motion values or changing the cost, duration or damage of specific hunter arts.
