Hardware Need help making Orico 6239C3-C HDD docking station work on Windows 10

Anybody here owns an Orico 6239C3-C hard drive docking station (Transparent model) and manages to make it work on Windows 10? Did it work for you out-of-the-box?

If not, how were you able to address it?

Right now, I suspect that the issue boils down to a dated firmware and not merely a defect with the hardware itself nor the brand new HDD I'm trying to use on it.
