Gonna have to be a little more descriptive if you can wait ill write steps for you
Format the card using SD Formatter 4 with format full erase and size adjustment on then format the card for Emunand in your 3DS either using the Gateway menu or Emunand9Tool from there you can extract and inject a previous Emunand dump if you have one using Emunand tool. Remember you should be using BBM instead of FBI for CIA installation.
